Homeless Man Injured in Hit-and-Run HOUSTON (November 9, 2018)– The Houston Police Department are looking for the driver of a hit-and-run accident in north Houston early Friday morning.

The accident happened around 12:30 a.m. on the feeder road near I-45 and Patton. A homeless man with his shopping cart was struck by a white PT Cruiser. The collision caused the victim to go airborne and land several lanes over. The driver fled the scene.

According to authorities, the victim suffered some broken bones and is expected to make a full recovery.

The crash remains under investigation. Police are asking anyone with information to call Crime Stoppers at 713-222-TIPS.
